How to choose the right size?

Always check the internal length (IL) of the sneakers you are adding to your cart – you will find it in the photo gallery of the specific sneakers as well as directly in the size selector; you can’t miss it.

IL is the length of the sneaker from heel to toe and should always be 1 centimeter longer than the length of your foot. EXAMPLE: If you are buying sneakers with an IL of 26.5 centimeters, the length of your foot traced on paper and measured from heel to toe should be a maximum of 25.5 centimeters.

Every manufacturer uses different sizing. If you have sneakers from another brand at home and you buy the same size of Milash sneakers, they may not fit. Please take 2 minutes to measure your foot and choose the correct size.

When returning a shipment, we refund the legally required minimum postage provided on our website (€0.1) and not the postage you paid.

Care:

Remove coarse dirt and then clean as needed with a damp cloth. Use products intended for caring for leather footwear. Do not wash the sneakers or insoles in a washing machine, do not dry them in a dryer, and do not clean them with aggressive cleaning agents – this could damage the leather, detach textile parts, or separate the sole from the upper.

Warranty:

We believe you will be satisfied with your Milash sneakers and walk many experience‑filled kilometers in them. If a manufacturing defect appears on the footwear, we are here for you. We provide a 24‑month warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
