1. RULES AND PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION OF MILASH, SRO

1.1. The company Milash, sro, with its registered office at Na varte 13200/2B, 831 01 Bratislava, Company ID: 50 194 895, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sro, File No.: 109746/B, attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. This summary of the principles of personal data protection informs about how we collect, store and process the personal data of our customers and partners in connection with the sale of our products and the provision of our services.

1.2. The personal data protection rules applied by our company are fully in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended and supplemented by subsequent regulations and other regulations) (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR").

 

2. WHAT INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

2.1. Our company processes only the minimum amount of data that is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing for which it was provided to us. In the case of a purchase or registration in our e-shop, we may request and obtain personal data from you in the scope of your contact details, e.g. name and surname, address, e-mail, telephone number.

2.2. If you decide to subscribe to our Newsletter or commercial and offer information, we will require you to provide your e-mail address in order to send this information. If you create your own Milash account with us, we will associate your cookies with the personal data you have provided.

2.3. Our IT systems do not collect or store any information related to your payment cards. The information you provide related to the payment you make is processed by the payment gateway, which will provide us with information about the successful completion of the payment transaction, thereby fulfilling your order.

2.4. We process your personal data on behalf of Milash, sro, and therefore we are in the position of the Controller.

 

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

3.1. We process personal data for the purpose of ensuring:

  • the sale of our goods and the provision of services,
  • registration and management of your Milash account in our e-shop,
  • marketing and business communication via Newsletter,
  • operating our website, applications and social media profiles,
  • organizing consumer competitions and events,
  • publishing references,
  • fulfillment of tax and accounting obligations pursuant to the law,
  • our possible legal claims.

 

4. HOW WE OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA

4.1. Your personal data, which you have voluntarily provided to our company with your consent, is obtained through communication with you. This is mainly communication by telephone, e-mail, in the form of questionnaires, surveys, communication on social networks or other digital forms.

5.1. For the purposes of ensuring the required cooperation with our company, in certain cases your personal data may be provided to third parties, only to the extent necessary, in particular to ensure contractual, commercial and legislative requirements, or compliance with applicable generally binding regulations and standards.

  • postal, courier and warehousing service providers,
  • social network providers,
  • state administration bodies, state power, public institutions as well as supervisory institutions (e.g. Slovak Trade Inspection),

  • other entities within the meaning of the law and relevant legal regulations.

5.2. Our company has implemented procedural, technical and organizational procedures aimed at ensuring the secure handling of your personal data and preventing unauthorized access to it.

 

6. PERIOD OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

6.1. Your personal data will only be stored for the minimum period necessary to ensure the purpose of their provision, as well as to meet legal requirements. We ensure regular reassessment of the accuracy and necessity of storing your data.

6.2. The processing of your personal data may be based on consent, in which case your personal data will be processed for a maximum period of time for which consent was granted. You may withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with the conditions set out in this summary.

 

7. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

8.1. The protection of your personal data and its safe, lawful handling, in accordance with the GDPR, is an absolute priority for us.

We strive to use the latest available technical tools to achieve the security of your personal data, including the use of an SSL certificate on our website and e-shop, the use of antivirus programs on devices and systems that come into contact with your personal data. Our company's employees are regularly trained to strictly adhere to the principles of personal data protection in accordance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, the EU, as well as relevant applicable directives and legal regulations.

 

9. USE OF COOKIES

9.1. We use cookies when communicating with you digitally, particularly through our website and e-shop. The scope of the use of cookies is determined by your decision and consent selected in the cookie bar that appears on your digital device when you visit our website. 10.1. Our company actively uses social networks for presentation, marketing communication of the brand, products and services of Milash, sro, as well as communication with you. When using our profiles on social networks, we have limited ability to interfere with the authorizations and rules of processing your personal data by the operators of these social networks. We therefore recommend that you familiarize yourself with the terms of personal data protection of the operators of social networks on which you visit our company's profile.

11. YOUR RIGHTS IN THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

11.1. You can exercise your rights regarding the processing of personal data at info@bymilash.com or in writing to Milash, sro When submitting a request, you provide your name, surname and address. These data are necessary to verify your identity.

11.2. In accordance with the law and relevant legal standards and regulations, you have the opportunity to exercise the following rights when processing your personal data:

  • the right to access personal data,
  • the right to rectification,
  • the right to erasure (right to be forgotten),
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office,
  • the right to object to the processing of personal data.

12. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

12.1. Consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time. When requesting an withdrawal, please send us the following information:

  • who is filing the appeal (your name and surname, residential address and contact email),
  • to whom you are submitting the appeal,
  • information that you do not want us to continue processing your personal data,
  • date and place of signing the application,
  • your handwritten signature.

12.2. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data must be sent in writing. Withdrawal of consent can be sent by e-mail to info@bymilash.com , or by post to the address of the Controller's registered office: Milash, sro, Na varte 13200/2B, 831 01 Bratislava.
